JAMMU, FEBRUARY 16: A heritage visit to the Mubarak Mandi Dogra Heritage Complex was today organised by the Department of History, PSPS Govt. P.G. College for Women Gandhinagar for the students of the College.

Students visited the State of Art Dogra Art Gallery and State Archives. The visit was flagged off by the College principal, Prof. Minu Mahajan. Staff Secretary Prof. Mala Bhasin and HOD Dept. of History Prof. Surinder Parihar were also present on the occasion.

At the outset, the Principal advised and encouraged the students to become keen learners and gain knowledge about the rich heritage of J&K. The students keenly observed and enjoyed the rich collection of artifacts, coins, Pictures and Inscriptions placed in Dogra Art Gallery.

The students also enjoyed the heritage walk organised with the help of Heritage Society Jammu in the interiors of the Mubarak Mandi complex. Students were accompanied by Prof.  Puja Parihar and Prof Abhinav Sharma.
