Tumakuru Accident; PM Modi announces Rs 2 lakhs to kin of victims

PM Modi expressed grief on the accident in Karnataka’s Tumakuru and announced Rs 2 lakhs each from PMNRF to the next of kin of each deceased and Rs 50,000 for the injured. “The accident in Tumakuru district, Karnataka is heart-rending. Condolences to the bereaved families. Prayers for the injured,” PM tweeted. Nine people died and 14 were injured.
