SC to hear review plea against money laundering act in open court today

The Supreme Court today will hear review petition against the Prevention of Money Laundering Act filed by Congress leader Karti Chidambaram. Chidambaram has cited more than 40 grounds to challenge the the Supreme Court’s July 27 judgment, in his review petition, arguing that the reasoning of the top court was flawed and erroneous.
