TMC MP Mahua Moitra shared a text she received following reports of Adani Group’s AMG Media Networks Limited (AMNL) indirectly buying 29.18% stake in NDTV. ”Soon I will be watching Netflix and then I will realise they’ve bought the sofa I’m sitting on,” the text shared read. NDTV said Adani Group’s VCPL acquired control of the stake without any discussion.
