KUPWARA, JANUARY 30: Director, Rural Development Department, Kashmir, Qazi Sarwar today convened a meeting here to review the progress of different schemes including Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSSs) being implemented by the Rural Development Department (RDD).
The meeting took a detailed review of administrative issues including progress of Centrally Sponsored Schemes viz MGNREGA, PMAY, 14th F RGSA.
The Director stressed on the time bound disposal of pending complaints on Grievance Portal, Administrative Grievance (Portal), complaints/ grievances received Administrative Department (Off line), complaints/ grievances received anti-corruption Bureau, filing of replies in court cases etc and completion of works under various schemes and simultaneous updation on the respective Portals.
He impressed upon all the officers to be punctual and adhere to the set time line for payment of wages, completion of works, geo tagging, preparation of bills, completion of PMAY (G) houses, He also asked to expedite the progress under 14th FC.
Sarwar enjoined upon all the officers to work with added zeal and deliver the benefits of the schemes at the grass roots level.
The meeting among others was attended by Superintending Engineer, REW Kashmir, Deputy Director (P&S), District Panchayat Officer (DPO) Kupwara, Executive Engineer REW Kupwara, BDOs and other officials of the district.
