MD, JKRTC conducts inspection of Workshops Maintenance Depots of Corporation

SRINAGAR, APRIL 27: The Managing Director (MD) JKRTC, Rakesh Kumar Srangal conducted inspection of different Workshops Maintenance Depots of JKRTC Kashmir Division.

During his visit to Srinagar, the MD inspected the maintenance Depots of JKRTC at Srinagar Division including Central Workshop Pampore, Cargo Workshop Parimpora and Passenger Maintenance Depot Bemina.

On the occasion, the MD interacted with the employees working in the respective workshops and heard their grievances/problems patiently. He assured the employees that their genuine grievances /problems will be addressed in a time bound manner.

While observing the detention position of workshops both buses and trucks, the MD instructed the respective Managers to maintain the operative level up to 95 percent so that maximum vehicles are put in operation to provide better transport facility to general public and increase revenue earnings of the Corporation.

He also directed to utilize the spares for repairs of vehicles only after procuring from registered firm/agencies.

The MD further advised the employees to make all out efforts for maintaining work culture in the Corporation and warned that any laxity in this behalf shall be viewed seriously.
