BJP National Executive Member Dr Darakhshan Andrabi today attended Chhatrapati Shivaji Jayanti celebrations at Pune in Maharashtra today as the Chief Guest. The event was organised by confederation of cultural foundations and social organizations of Maharashtra. Speaking on the occasion Dr Andrabi said that Shivaji symobolizes valour, dignity, honesty and Indian ethos. “Shivaji is the cultural and political icon of India who fought all those who tried to hurt India’s unique identity. We derive inspiration from him for safeguarding our Indian unique cultural, geographical and political interests. Shivaji shows us the way to infuse in every citizen the spirit of patriotism to make this country great again, ” said Dr Darakhshan. BJP leader was felicitated by the Confederation on the occasion. The painting of Chatrapti was released by Dr Andrabi at the celebration held at Lal Mahal in Pune.
