Verinag, Feb 13 : The body of a 45-year-old man was found under mysterious circumstances at Verinag area of Dooru in South Kashmir’s Anantnag on Sunday morning, officials said.
Officials told JKNS News that the body was spotted by some passersby near Panzoo Bridge, Verinag.
“Police was called to the site who took the body into their custody,” he said.
The deceased was identified as Nisar Ahmad Dar, son of Late Ghulam Mohammad Dar, of Shamsipora.
The cause of death is being investigated, he added.
