An introductory two days session on Basics Krav Maga Self Defense System was conducted at Niru by Indian Army for youth of Tulail Gurez to instill self confidence and self belief.
Following points were stressed upon during two days :-
a. Need of self defense
b. Basics of attacks
c. 360 degree defense
d. Situational Awareness
e. Need for practice
Participants enjoyed the capsule and enthusiasm and curiosity led to the successful conduct of the capsule.Participation by girls was encouraged and they came out in good numbers. On request by Villagers, it has been decided that twice a week this capsule will continue to be conducted.
