HAPPINESS IS ENJOYING THE LITTLE THINGS IN LIFE
Continuing the effort to connect with AWAM, Indian Army took the initiative on the auspicious occasion of Children’s Day to breakthrough the mundane routine and ongoing examination fever wherein A Day With Coy Commander was conducted at Kakrosa.
The day started with a welcome speech by Coy Commander followed by singing and poem recitation competition of the children. In the later part, various games like Hit the Pot, Sack Race, Biscuit Race, Chess, Carom, Spoon Race and Tug of War were organised for the children.The games and competitions were played by all the children and they enjoyed to their fullest. Prizes were given to the winners.
A total of 165 children participated in the event. Overall the event received a positive response from the Sarpanches/ Ward Members/ adults accompanying the children.They showcased the love and appreciation for the Army as the echoing laughter, the sparkling excitement in their eyes and happy atmosphere occupied the Kakrosa area for a durationof four hours.
