In order to Commemorate Police Martyrs, Ganderbal Police distributed School bags/Stationery items among Orphan Students at DPL Ganderbal under the banner of Civic Action Program. Sixty (60) Orphan Students of District Ganderbal up to 8th class were presented with Shool Bags and other Stationery items. The event was a part of ongoing Police commemoration week.
It is pertinent to mention here that Ganderbal Police is organising different sports events like volleyball, Marathon, Paddle for Peace, Run for Unity and other co-curricular activities in the District for a weeks period. These different events will culminate on 31st October 2021.
SSP Ganderbal Shri Nikhil Borkar-IPS accompanied by DYSP DAR DPL Ganderbal Shri Muzaffar Jan-JKPS, and District Social Welfare Officer Ganderbal Shri Akeel Ahmad distributed the School bags and other Stationery items among the students. The other senior Police officers were also present on the occasion.
