1. Teacher’s Day Celebrations were organised at AGS, Bandipora with great zeal & enthusiasm. The love & respect that the students have for their teachers was evident from the way the children organised the event to include an hour long cultural programme with skits, songs, poetry and dance.
2. Fifty percent students from all classes attended/participated while all current as well as past teachers were invited as guests. The event was a welcome break for the teachers as well as the children which was evident from their joyous mood & enthusiasm. Thoughful and heartwarming words of the students resounded throughout the school and made this day extra special for the teachers. The event was concluded with felicitation of the teachers as well as participants followed by informal interaction over tea & refreshments.
3. The event was heartily enjoyed by teachers as well as the students who could experience a day of informal interaction with their role models. The way the students organised the entire event throws light on their confidence and capabilities as also their teachers who have been instrumental in bringing them up to this level.
