The event witnessed the active participation of 52 Ex-Servicemen from across the district, providing a valuable platform for interaction and engagement between serving soldiers and veterans.

As part of the rally, a Medical Camp was organized to provide basic health check-ups and medical consultations to the attending veterans. A dedicated Grievance Cell was also established to address concerns and issues raised by Ex-Servicemen and their families, ensuring timely assistance and guidance.

In addition, a Life Insurance Kiosk was set up to disseminate information regarding various insurance schemes and benefits available to veterans, helping them make informed decisions about their welfare and financial security.

The rally concluded with an interactive session, fostering mutual understanding and strengthening the enduring bond between serving personnel and retired soldiers.

The event served as an effective platform to reconnect with Ex-Servicemen, understand their concerns, aspirations, and welfare requirements, and enhance awareness regarding healthcare, welfare schemes, and insurance benefits.

The successful conduct of the rally reflected the Indian Army’s unwavering commitment to the welfare of its veterans and their families, further reinforcing the strong and lasting relationship between serving personnel and Ex-Servicemen. (JKNS)
