Addressing the gathering, BJP National President Nitin Nabin said the Modi-led government has transformed governance by ensuring transparency, accountability and effective delivery of welfare benefits to the last person in the queue.

“The last twelve years have redefined governance in India. Under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the nation has witnessed unprecedented development, social empowerment and economic progress,” Nabin said.

He said flagship programmes such as Jan Dhan Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, PM Awas Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission, Ujjwala Yojana, Swachh Bharat Mission and Direct Benefit Transfer have significantly improved the lives of millions of citizens, especially the poor, women and marginalized sections of society.

“These twelve years are not merely about schemes and statistics; they represent the aspirations, empowerment and dignity of ordinary Indians. Development has reached every corner of the country without discrimination,” he said.

Highlighting economic achievements, Nabin said reforms such as GST, Digital India, Make in India, Startup India and the expansion of digital payment systems have strengthened the country’s economy and enhanced ease of doing business.

He also credited the government for undertaking large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, railways, airports, ports, tunnels and border connectivity initiatives that have accelerated growth and strengthened regional integration.

On national security, Nabin said India has adopted a firm and decisive approach against terrorism while significantly enhancing defence preparedness and strategic capabilities.

“Today, India stands stronger, more confident and more respected on the global stage. The world listens to India with attention because of decisive leadership and a clear vision for national progress,” he said.

The BJP president further stated that the government’s guiding principle of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas’ has ensured inclusive development and expanded opportunities for every section of society.

Reaffirming the NDA government’s commitment to the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, Nabin said the coming years would focus on innovation, youth empowerment, employment generation, infrastructure expansion and inclusive economic growth.

The event concluded with leaders reiterating their commitment to building a developed, self-reliant and globally influential India while continuing to pursue citizen-centric governance and sustainable development. (JKNS)
