44 Bn CRPF Launches Skill Development Programs for Youth and Women in Srinagar Schools

Srinagar, Apr 8 (JKNS): Under the Civic Action Program-2025-26, 44 Bn CRPF HMT Zainakote, Srinagar, formally launched skill development programs for local youth and women, introducing courses in assistant electrician, plumbing, tailoring, LED, and mobile repair at Higher Secondary Schools in Zainakote and Gund Hassi Bhat.

As per news agency JKNS, 44 Bn CRPF HMT Zainakote, Srinagar, under the Civic Action Program-2025-26 has formally inaugurated two courses i.e., assistant electrician & plumbing training programs in Higher Secondary School Zainakote, and three courses i.e., Tailoring Course, LED, and mobile repair programs in the Higher Secondary School, Gund Hassi Bhat, Distt. Srinagar, with the aim of promoting skill development and self-reliance among local youth and women.

 

These training programs will guide the participants with learning practical skills to enhance their knowledge and provide them opportunities for self-employment. The training program will be 4-5 weeks duration with a capacity of 25 students in each course. Participants were taking keen interest in the said programs.

 

Being the chief guest, Krishan Pal Yadav, Commandant 44 Bn CRPF, Mtr. Dilshada Tabasum, Principal of Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School Gund and Mtr. Tahira Bano, Principal of Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School, Zainakote, Srinagar, along with teachers, students of both schools, other officers of 44 Bn, and local dignitaries were present during the inauguration. (JKNS)
