Karnah, Oct 26 (JKNS): A grand and spiritually uplifting annual Dastarbandi ceremony was held at Madarsa Islamia Arabia Hidayat-ul-Banat Hajitra Karnah, where 35 girls were honored for completing the memorization of the Holy Qur’an. The proud parents expressed immense joy and gratitude on this blessed occasion.
The day-long event, which commenced at 9:00 AM and concluded at 5:00 PM, witnessed the presence of distinguished Islamic scholars and religious personalities from across the Valley. Among the prominent guests was Hazrat Al-Haj Qari Muhammad Hussain Danish, who, along with other scholars, delivered inspiring sermons highlighting the importance of Islamic education and the spiritual virtue of Qur’an memorization, especially among girls.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, special prayers were offered for the unity and well-being of the entire Muslim Ummah.
A large gathering of parents, local dignitaries, and residents attended the event, lauding the dedicated efforts of the Madarsa administration and teachers in promoting religious education and moral values.
