NEW DELHI – Prime Minister Narendra Modi Tuesday extended his well wishes to Jagdeep Dhankhar, who resigned from the post of Vice President of India yesterday, citing health reasons.
In a social media post, Prime Minister Modi acknowledged Dhankhar’s extensive service to the nation in various capacities, including his tenure as Vice President. “Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar Ji has got many opportunities to serve our country in various capacities, including as the Vice President of India. Wishing him good health,” Mr. Modi posted.
