J&K Govt Shifts Domicile Certificate Issuance to Jan Sugam Portal

Srinagar, May 20 (JKNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Government has officially shifted the service for the issuance of Domicile Certificates from the ‘Service Plus’ portal to the ‘Jan Sugam’ portal (jansugam.jk.gov.in), the Revenue Department said in an order issued on May 19, 2025.

According to the directive addressed to all Deputy Commissioners a copy of which assessed by news agency JKNS, issuing authorities including Tehsildars have been instructed to process all new domicile certificate applications exclusively through the Jan Sugam portal. No new applications shall be accepted via the earlier Service Plus portal.
