Dry Fruit Seller Injured After Being Stabbed in Tulip Garden Scuffle, Accused Arrested

Srinagar: A scuffle between two dry fruit sellers at the Tulip Garden in Srinagar turned violent on Saturday after one of them allegedly stabbed the other.

Reports reaching news agency JKNS that the incident occurred inside the garden between Abid Ismail and Faheem Ahmad, both residents of the Brain area. During the altercation, Abid Ismail reportedly stabbed Faheem Ahmad in the back.

Police from Nishat Police Station reached the spot swiftly and arrested the accused. The injured, Faheem Ahmad, was immediately shifted to SMHS Hospital for treatment.
