After 2 years, Kashmir’s tulip garden to be thrown open next month

Srinagar: The much-awaited Tulip Show 2025 has commenced with the opening of Asia’s largest Tulip Garden in Srinagar.

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah as per news agency JKNS inaugurated the garden, revealing a stunning array of over 1.5 million tulips in full bloom.

Officials from the Floriculture Department said that following the inauguration, the Chief Minister took a tour of the garden, exploring different sections to witness the vibrant display of tulips.

This year, the garden boasts an impressive collection of tulips in various colors and varieties, creating a mesmerizing sight for visitors.

The attraction is expected to draw a large number of tourists, both local and international, contributing significantly to the region’s tourism and economy.

The rush is expected to increase at the garden after Eid ul Fitr.—(JKNS)
