During the meeting, discussions were held on exploring possibilities for generating awareness among students of colleges and higher secondary schools (HSS) to ensure maximum participation. It was decided that the District Youth Services and Sports Officer (DYSSO) will provide the necessary sports material and coordinate with BGSBU for the smooth conduct of the tournament.
