Srinagar,: The government has clarified that the distribution of assets between Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh post-2019 did not result in any unfair deal for J&K.

In a written reply to a question in the Assembly, tabled by MLA Tanveer Sadiq, as per news agency JKNS, the government said the apportionment and distribution of assets of the erstwhile State of J&K were done on the basis of recommendations made by an Advisory Committee.
