The best charity is that given in Ramazan
1. Ramazan is considered a month of Sharing and Caring. The last day of holy Ramadan was celebrated by CIF HQ (K) Sig Regt by distributing essential medical & daily items to locals of neighbouring villages. Due to COVID 19 lockdown poor families are finding it difficult to earn their daily living. KFSR assisted such families by distributing them with ration and covid essentials. A total of 60 locals of neighbouring villages to incl Hanzik, HMT, Hajibagh and Durbal were provided with essential supplies.
2. The locals expressed their gratitude to the Indian Army and appreciated their effort. They also prayed from Almighty God for well being of Army. Organising such initiatives and celebrating festivals together help in increasing bonhomie between Army and Awaam.
