This year, the Indian Army is presenting its largest-ever exhibition at Aero India. The display covers various facets of its modernisation efforts, including indigenisation, technology infusion, and the operational excellence of its aviation fleet. The exhibition aims to engage both defence professionals and the public with the Army’s future-ready capabilities.

2. *Army Design Bureau (ADB)*
The Army Design Bureau (ADB) is showcasing numerous successful prototypes developed under various programmes such as Make, iDEX, and ATB. Notable innovations by Army personnel, including Vidyut Rakshak and ASMI, reflect the Army’s commitment to fostering in-house technical capabilities and its growing collaboration with the defence industry to produce large-scale, integrated solutions.

3. *Directorate of Indigenisation*
Over 50 indigenously developed systems and approximately 200 components for future domestic production will be featured by the Directorate of Indigenisation. This effort underscores the Army’s ongoing commitment to Atmanirbharta (self-reliance) in defence technology, as well as its drive to reduce dependency on foreign imports.

4. *Army Aviation Corps’ Indigenous Advancements*

6. *Bilateral Engagements*
The Army’s participation also facilitates bilateral engagements with visiting foreign delegates. These discussions focus on strengthening government-to-government cooperation, promoting defence exports, and exploring new opportunities for collaboration. The Army is set to meet with representatives from various foreign nations, enhancing international defence partnerships.

Looking Forward: A Future of Indigenous Solutions and Strategic Partnerships
