BMO Seeks Explanation from CHC Kalakote Staff Over Alleged Negligence

Rajouri: Block Medical Officer Kalakote has sought an explanation from four CHC Kalakote staff members after a complaint of negligence in attending a patient at midnight.

“The undersigned has received a complaint from one Sanju Kumar R/o Soulki who brought his wife at CHC Kalakote for treatment on the intervening night of Sunday at around 01 am.” Reads the notice issued by BMO, a copy of which lies with News Agency JKNS

The explanation has been ordered from Sajjad Malik (OT Technician) CHC Kalakote, Abida Parveen (FMPHW) CHC Kalakote, Mamta Devi (FMPHW) CHC Kalakote and Waryam Singh (MTS) CHC Kalakote, reads the order. (JKNS)
