*November 08:* “`Police in Handwara after obtaining attachment order passed by Hon’ble Additional Sessions Court Handwara attached properties worth crores belonging to four terror handlers based in Pakistan.

The attached property includes 9 Kanals, 11 Marlas of land worth crores belonging to terrorist handlers based in Pakistan namely Abdul Majeed Malla son of Mohd Ahsan Malla, ⁠Ab Rashid Mir son of Gh Mohiuddin Mir, both residents of Supernaghama, ⁠Arshid Ahmad Parry son of Mohd Akbar resident of Mandigam and ⁠Sajad Ahmad Bhat son of Abdul Rashid Bhat resident of Palpora Kralgund.

 

The action was taken under sections of 88 CrPC (83 central) in respect of said terrorist Handlers following their declaration as Proclaimed offenders in case FIR No. 73/2011 under section 2/3 IMCO Act, 121 A RPC of Police Station Kralgund.“`
