Anantnag, Oct 1 (JKNS): As part of the ongoing Civic Action Programme (CAP)-2026, Anantnag Police organised a cycle race from Verinag to Dooru, aimed at promoting sports, fitness, discipline and positive engagement among youth.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation of 30 cyclists, who took part in the race with great zeal and sportsmanship. The initiative provided a platform for youth to showcase their sporting talent while strengthening positive interaction between Police and the community.
Anantnag Police continues to organise such youth-oriented activities under CAP-2026 to encourage healthy lifestyles, nurture sporting talent and foster stronger Police-public relations.
