Jammu, Aug 31 (JKNS): Tejinder Singh has taken over as the new Inspector General of Police (IGP), Jammu Zone, succeeding Bhim Sen Tuti on Monday.
As per news agency JKNS, a farewell-cum-welcome function was held at Zonal Police Headquarters (ZPHQ), Jammu, to bid farewell to outgoing IGP Jammu Zone Bhim Sen Tuti and welcome Tejinder Singh as the new IGP Jammu Zone.
During the function, B.S. Tuti expressed his gratitude to the officers and personnel of Jammu Zone for their cooperation, support and dedication during his tenure.
Officers and personnel conveyed their best wishes to Tuti for his new assignment and extended a warm welcome to Tejinder Singh, wishing him a successful and fruitful tenure as IGP Jammu Zone. (JKNS)
