Conceived as an editorially led publication covering business, technology, policy, and economic affairs, Prime Business Voice will highlight the innovation, resilience, and growth driving businesses across the Kashmir Valley. Its mandate covers critical conversations surrounding investment, tourism, environmental Issues, governance, corporate social responsibility (CSR), legal frameworks, and emerging market opportunities.

“Kashmir possesses a remarkable community of entrepreneurs and professionals whose contributions often remain under-reported,” said Rouf Majid, Editor and Publisher of Prime Business Voice. “This platform is created to bring those stories into focus while providing credible analysis of the region’s economy. We aim to encourage an informed discourse – one that celebrates achievement, addresses challenges transparently, and explores future growth with a national and global perspective.”

Industry and professional leaders at the event welcomed the publication, highlighting how targeted business journalism will support their respective sectors:

* Javid Ahmad Tenga, President of Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), emphasized the magazine’s strategic role, stating, “Prime Business Voice arrives at a pivotal moment for our business community. By providing clear analysis and a platform for dialogue between entrepreneurs and policymakers, it will strengthen the voice of commerce, help our members navigate regulatory landscapes, and build connections that drive sustainable growth.”

* Dr. Salim Wani, prominent Urologist and Transplant Surgeon noted the vital connection between healthcare and economic policy, adding, “Healthcare thrives when medical professionals stay connected to broader developments in policy and business. This magazine will support our community by examining the intersection of healthcare delivery, innovation, and economic realities, helping us advocate effectively for a more resilient health ecosystem.”

* Ar. Imtiyaz Ahmad Chiloo, a prominent architect-engineer highlighted the value of knowledge-sharing, noting, “Progress in architecture and engineering depends on forward-looking ideas. Prime Business Voice will serve as an invaluable resource by showcasing sustainable construction practices, innovative design, and the realities of delivering complex projects while inspiring the next generation of professionals.”

* Najeeb A. Siddiqui, a representative of the hospitality sector remarked, “Kashmir’s tourism story relies on a vast network of hoteliers, transport providers, suppliers, and service workers. Giving these businesses structured visibility in media like Prime Business Voice will help demonstrate the true scale and economic contribution of the sector.”

* Sajad Ahmad Mir, CEO of Sajad Mir and Associates, observed: “Urban mobility, public infrastructure and legal literacy have a direct bearing on commercial outcomes. Constructive public discourse that brings governance and business perspectives together remains essential. I am sure platforms like Prime Business Voice will facilitate informed discussion on these issues and can play a meaningful role in strengthening understanding and collaboration across sectors.”

Available in both print and digital formats, Prime Business Voice launches with an initial print circulation of 1,000 copies distributed across key corporate centers, hotels, educational institutions, and professional hubs. The inaugural issue features deep-dive profiles, interviews, and sectoral analyses highlighting the figures driving Kashmir’s business trajectory.
