Assembly Employees Protest Over Deputation Order

Srinagar, Aug 20 (JKNS): Employees of the Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly on Thursday staged a protest against the General Administration Department (GAD) order regarding the deputation of Deputy Secretary Bilal Ahmad Mir, raising concerns over the decision.

As per news agency JKNS, The protesting employees assembled inside the Assembly premises and raised their concerns over the deputation order, urging the authorities to review the decision and address their grievances.

The employees maintained that the matter should be examined by the competent authorities and sought an appropriate resolution in the interest of the Assembly staff.

The protest comes a day after the government ordered the transfer and posting of Bilal Ahmad Mir, JKAS, as Deputy Secretary in the J&K Legislative Assembly with immediate effect. (JKNS)
