Sopore, Aug 14 (JKNS): A unique Tonga Tiranga Rally was organised in Sopore as part of the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign, evoking a strong sense of patriotism and national pride among the people.
The rally was jointly flagged off by Additional Deputy Commissioner Sopore, Dr. S.A. Raina and Superintendent of Police Sopore, Safaraz Bashir from Chankhan Bridge Sopore, witnessing enthusiastic participation from government employees, traders, students, youth and a large number of local residents.
The rally presented a colourful spectacle as participants marched with the National Flag and raised patriotic slogans. The massive public participation reflected the enthusiasm of the people of Sopore towards the Independence Day celebrations.
The event underscored the message of unity, patriotism and national pride, while reaffirming the collective commitment towards the progress, peace and development of the nation.
The rally passed through the heart of Sopore town and concluded peacefully at Fruit Mandi, Sopore, amid patriotic fervour and enthusiasm. (JKNS)
