JKBOSE Postpones Class 11 Annual Private/Bi-Annual Exam Scheduled for July 25

Fresh date to be announced separately; JK SOS Class 12 examinations to continue as per existing schedule

Srinagar, July 24 (JKNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) on Friday announced the postponement of the Annual (Private)/Bi-Annual 2026 examination of Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11) scheduled to be held on July 25, 2026, citing official notification issued by the Board.

According to a notification issued by Director Academics Dr. Parveen Singh, a copy of which lies with news agency JKNS, the examination scheduled for Saturday, July 25, 2026, has been postponed and the fresh date for the examination will be notified separately.

However, the Board clarified that the examinations of Jammu and Kashmir State Open School (JK SOS) Class 12 will continue as per the already notified date sheet at Jammu, Srinagar, Leh and Kargil centres.

JKBOSE advised all stakeholders and students to regularly follow official notifications for further updates regarding the revised examination schedule. (JKNS)
