Keran Tops National Delta Rankings Under NITI Aayog’s Aspirational Blocks Programme

Srinagar, July 23 (JKNS): Keran, the border block in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, has secured the top position in the country in the January–March 2026 Delta Rankings under NITI Aayog’s Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP).

Div Com Kashmir, in a post on X, as per news agency JKNS, said, “The border block of Keran in Kupwara tops the Country in January–March 2026 Delta Rankings of the Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP) of NITI Aayog. Congratulations to Team Kupwara for the amazing feat.”
