J&K Sports Council Organises District Volleyball and Wushu Championships in Baramulla

Baramulla, July 13 (JKNS): Continuing the month-long sports activities under the flagship initiatives “My Youth My Pride (MYMP)” and “Varmull Gindo,” the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council today organised the District Volleyball Championship and District Wushu Championship at the Indoor Stadium, Baramulla.

The championships witnessed participation from a large number of boys and girls across the district, reflecting the growing interest of youth in sports and the Sports Council’s commitment to promoting grassroots sporting talent.

The championships were organised under the guidance of the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council, in continuation of its efforts to strengthen sports development across the Kashmir Division.

The Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council remains committed to organising such sporting events to engage youth positively, identify emerging talent, and foster a vibrant sporting culture throughout the region. (JKNS)
