Srinagar, June 20 (JKNS): A 65-year-old woman lost her life after sustaining injuries in a road traffic accident at Mujgund area of Srinagar on Saturday.
Reports reaching news agency JKNS, The deceased has been identified as Aisha, wife of Ghulam Hassan Wagay, a resident of Check Mujgund, Srinagar.
The injured woman was shifted to JVC Hospital Bemina for treatment following the accident. However, doctors at the hospital declared her brought dead on arrival.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident and further investigation is expected to ascertain the facts. (JKNS)
