Army Pays Tribute to Two Soldiers Killed in Line of Duty

Srinagar, June 11 (JKNS): The Chinar Corps of the Indian Army paid solemn tribute to two soldiers who laid down their lives in the line of duty, remembering their courage, devotion and supreme sacrifice in service of the nation.

In a post on X, as per news agency JKNS, the Chinar Corps paid homage to Bravehearts Sowar Chavan Vikram Balkrishna and Sapper Jadhav Arjun Rajendra, stating that their unwavering courage, selfless service and dedication to duty would continue to inspire generations.

“Chinar Corps pays solemn tribute to the supreme sacrifice of Bravehearts Sowar Chavan Vikram Balkrishna and Sapper Jadhav Arjun Rajendra, who laid down their lives in the line of duty for the Nation. Their unwavering courage, devotion and selfless service will continue to inspire generations,” the post read.

The Corps further said that the Chinar Warriors salute their indomitable valour and sacrifice and stand firmly with the bereaved families during this difficult time.

“We stand firmly with the bereaved families in this hour of grief and remain committed to their dignity and well-being,” it added.

The tribute has been widely shared as a mark of respect for the two soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving the nation. (JKNS)
