Poonch, Jun 1 (JKNS): Two persons were injured after a vehicle reportedly went out of control and skidded off the road in the Mendhar KG Sector of Poonch district on Monday, officials said.
Reports reaching news agency JKNS stated that the accident occurred when the vehicle lost control under circumstances that are being ascertained and veered off the road.
As a result of the mishap, two occupants of the vehicle sustained injuries.
The injured were immediately provided necessary assistance and shifted for medical treatment, officials said.
Meanwhile, the concerned authorities have taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation is underway to ascertain the exact cause of the accident. (JKNS)
