Women Leaders Inspire Students During Educational Visit to Tangdhar Institutions

Kupwara, May 29 (JKNS): Rubal Nagi, Founder of the Rubal Nagi Art Foundation and recipient of the prestigious Global Teacher Award 2026, along with Nutan Suse, wife of Shrikant Balasaheb Suse, visited Boys’ and Girls’ Madrasas in Tangdhar and AGS Hajinar, where they interacted with students, teachers, and staff members.

During the visit, Mrs. Rubal Nagi met students undergoing training at skill centres established by the Rubal Nagi Art Foundation.

 

 

 

 

She motivated students to explore emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Information Technology, stressing the importance of modern education and practical skills in building a successful future. She appreciated the students’ dedication and expressed satisfaction over the progress achieved at the centres.

 

 

 

 

Mrs. Nutan Suse, an educationist and professional engineer, praised the efforts of the foundation and its partners for promoting skill development and educational opportunities in the border region. Interacting with students of Classes X and XII, she shared effective study techniques and simplified concepts in Mathematics and Science. She encouraged students to focus on understanding, experimentation, and curiosity-driven learning instead of rote memorization.

 

 

 

 

The dignitaries also held meaningful discussions with teachers and school staff, emphasizing innovative teaching methods, positive teacher-student relationships, and the crucial role educators play in shaping responsible and capable future generations.

 

 

 

 

Mrs. Nutan Suse assured continued support for the educational institutions of Tangdhar and expressed her desire to revisit the region to further guide students toward academic excellence and career success.

 

 

 

 

The visit by these accomplished women leaders left students inspired and motivated, while reinforcing the importance of education, skill development, and women empowerment in the Tangdhar region.(JKNS).
