Six Injured After Speeding Vehicle Crashes Into Electric Pole in Kreeri Baramulla

Srinagar, May 13 (JKNS): At least six persons were injured after a vehicle went out of control and rammed into an electric pole on Saloosa-Kreeri road in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday, officials said.

Reports reaching news agency JKNS stated that the accident occurred after a vehicle bearing registration number DL10CF-2841 allegedly lost control due to over-speeding near Saloosa Kreeri road.

 

They said six occupants of the vehicle sustained injuries in the incident and were immediately shifted to Sub-District Hospital Kreeri for treatment. However, doctors later referred all the injured to Government Medical College (GMC) Baramulla for advanced treatment.

 

Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident and further details are awaited. (JKNS)
