Massive Search Operation Launched in Ganderbal to Trace Missing Boy Feared Drowned

Multiple SDRF teams deployed across Nallah Sindh; efforts ongoing since April 26 incident

Ganderbal, May 6 (JKNS): A massive search operation is underway in Ganderbal district to trace a missing boy feared to have drowned in Nallah Sindh, officials said on Wednesday

An official told news agency JKNS, teams from State Disaster Response Force including SDRF Ganderbal, SDRF Gund, SDRF QRT Manasbal, along with an additional rescue team from Bemina campus Srinagar, have been deployed in the area.

The missing boy has been identified as Muneer Ahmad Shah, son of Mehboob Shah, a resident of Wussan Bella, who is feared to have drowned in the Nallah Sindh on April 26.

Officials said the search and rescue operation is being carried out at multiple locations along the water body, and efforts are continuing to trace the missing boy.
