Sopore, Apr 16 (JKNS): In a decisive move to curb the spread of misinformation, Sopore Police on Thursday arrested three individuals for allegedly circulating rumours and misleading content on social media platforms, posing a serious threat to public order.

Police spokesperson in a statement issued here to news agency JKNS, said that Earlier, FIR No. 93/2026 was registered at Police Station Sopore against individuals involved in spreading rumours through various social media platforms. Acting swiftly, Sopore Police identified and apprehended the involved persons.
