Finance Dept Orders 18 Additional Charge Assignments Across J&K

Srinagar, Apr 01 (JKNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Finance Department on Wednesday ordered 18 additional charge assignments in the interest of administration with immediate effect, assigning officers to hold additional responsibilities across various departments and offices until further orders.

According to Government Order No. 150-F of 2026 dated 01-04-2026, as per news agency JKNS, Mr. Dalawar Singh, Chief Accounts Officer, J&K Sports Council, shall hold additional charge of Chief Accounts Officer, Mission Youth J&K.

Mr. Naresh Kumar Bhat, Accounts Officer, Directorate of Information & PR, has been assigned additional charge of Accounts Officer, Directorate of State Motor Garages.

Mr. Hilal Ahmad Wani, Accounts Officer, J&K Board of School Education, Srinagar, shall hold additional charge of Accounts Officer, Directorate of Animal Husbandry, Kashmir.

Mr. Manzoor Akbar Dar, Accounts Officer, Municipal Council Pulwama, has been given additional charge of PayBAO, KPDCL Pulwama.

Mr. Manmeet Kumar, Accounts Officer, Bhaderwah Tourism Development Authority, shall hold additional charge of Treasury Officer, Bhaderwah.

Mr. Naresh Kumar Gupta, Accounts Officer, Chief Engineer Planning & Procurement (JPDCL), Jammu, has been assigned additional charge of Accounts Officer, Central Store (JPDCL), Jammu.

Mr. Asif Choudhary, Accounts Officer, J&K Real Estate Regulatory Authority, shall hold additional charge of Accounts Officer, J&K Rehabilitation Council.

Ms. Rakhshan Peerzada, Pay & Accounts Officer, Generation and Transmission (PDC) Srinagar, has been assigned additional charge of Pay & Accounts Officer, Chief Engineer Office, JKPTCL Kashmir.

Mr. Suraj Jarngal, Accounts Officer, Additional District Development Commissioner Samba, shall hold additional charge of Accounts Officer, Municipal Council Samba.

Ms. Shivanchal Sharma, Accounts Officer, District Fund Office Kishtwar, has been given additional charge of Accounts Officer, Kishtwar Tourism Development Authority.

Mr. Basiq Naseer Khan, Accounts Officer/Instructor, Accountancy Training Institute Srinagar, shall hold additional charge of Accounts Officer, Chief Engineer Planning & Procurement (KPDCL), Srinagar.

Mr. Mohd Akbar Bhat, I/C Accounts Officer, Provincial GP Fund Police Cell Srinagar, has been assigned additional charge of Accounts Officer, Directorate of Horticulture Kashmir.

Mr. Pritam Chand, I/C Accounts Officer, Directorate of Jal Jeevan Mission, shall hold additional charge of Accounts Officer, Water Regulatory Authority.

Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, I/C Accounts Officer, District Fund Office (SLI) Srinagar, has been given additional charge of Accounts Officer, District Fund Office Srinagar.

Mr. Mohammad Tufail Bhat, I/C Accounts Officer, Central Jail Srinagar, shall hold additional charge of Accounts Officer, Directorate of Floriculture Kashmir.

Mr. Kuldeep Sharma, I/C Accounts Officer, Directorate of NCC J&K and Ladakh, has been assigned additional charge of Pay & Accounts Officer, Corporate Office J&K PTCL.

Mr. Abdul Rashid Lone, I/C Accounts Officer, District Fund Office Bandipora, shall hold additional charge of Treasury Officer Pattan.

Mr. Ghulam Qadir Lone, I/C Accounts Officer, Sumbal Manasbal Tourism Development Authority, has been given additional charge of Accounts Officer, Government College of Engineering & Technology and School of Architecture, Ganderbal.

The order has been issued by the Finance Department under the signature of Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) Shailendra Kumar, IAS. (JKNS)
