Srinagar, Mar 30 (JKNS): The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has announced revised school timings for all Government and recognized private institutions across the Kashmir Division, effective from April 1, 2026.

As per Order No. 119-DSEK of 2026 dated March 30, as per news agency JKNS, schools located within the municipal limits of Srinagar will function from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Meanwhile, schools situated outside Srinagar municipal limits and in other parts of Kashmir province will operate from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

The Directorate has directed all institutions to implement the new schedule in letter and spirit, warning against any deviation. (JKNS)
