Authorities have advised people, especially those residing in vulnerable and mountainous areas, to remain vigilant and avoid movement in avalanche-prone locations.

The advisory also calls for strict compliance with safety measures, as prevailing weather conditions are favourable for avalanche activity in higher altitudes.

Officials further urged the public to follow official updates and advisories to ensure safety during this period. (JKNS)
