In his message, Altaf Bhat emphasized the spiritual significance of this blessed day in the holy month of Ramadan, urging people to uphold the values of compassion, unity, patience, and social responsibility. He called upon citizens to remember the underprivileged and work collectively towards building a more caring and inclusive society.

While conveying his greetings, Altaf Bhat also made a strong appeal to the concerned authorities to ensure that basic civic facilities are provided to the common people without delay. He stressed the urgent need for proper arrangements related to electricity, drinking water supply, sanitation, healthcare access, traffic management, and public safety, especially during the last days of Ramadan when markets and places of worship witness increased public movement.

He further stated that it is the responsibility of the administration to remain proactive and responsive to public needs, ensuring that people can observe their religious duties with dignity, comfort, and security. Altaf Bhat reiterated that governance must be people-centric and sensitive to ground realities.
Concluding his message, he wished that this sacred occasion brings hope, relief, and positive change for the common masses, and strengthens the spirit of brotherhood and mutual respect across communities.
