MLA Shopian Reviews Snow Clearance Operations Across Constituency

Shopian, Jan 25 (JKNS): Amid heavy snowfall affecting normal life in south Kashmir’s Shopian district, MLA Shopian Adv. Shabir Ahmad Kullay on Monday conducted an on-ground assessment of snow clearance operations to ensure swift restoration of public mobility and essential services.

As per news agency JKNS, In view of the heavy snowfall, the Hon’ble MLA Shopian, Adv. Shabir Ahmad Kullay, today undertook an on-ground review of snow clearance operations across the constituency.

The review was carried out in the presence of the Chief Engineer, Mechanical Engineering Department, Er. Bodraj Sb, XEN Er. Javid Sb, AEE Er. Rahman Sb, and other concerned officers.

Key areas including Pinjora, Keller, Naserpora, Zarkan–Shalidar, and other adjoining localities were inspected. Necessary directions were issued to ensure timely and effective snow clearance so that normal public movement is restored at the earliest. (JKNS)
