Srinagar, Jan 5 (JKNS): Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir, Vidhi Kumar Birdi, on Monday extended warm greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Prakash Gurpurab of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, recalling the enduring values and ideals preached by the Sikh Guru.
