The order also notes recent incidents in which individuals attempted to cross police naka and check-points during late night hours, raising alarms over safety and security.

Invoking powers under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, the SDM ordered an immediate ban on all such outdoor activities in the specified areas.

The Station House Officer (SHO) Larnoo has been directed to ensure strict enforcement of the order and regulate movement at all naka and check-points.

The general public has been advised to strictly comply with the directive, with the administration warning that any violation will invite legal action.

The prohibition will remain in force for a period of two months from the date of issuance, unless withdrawn earlier or extended as per law. (JKNS)
