Awantipora, Nov 26 (JKNS): Awantipora Police celebrated Constitution Day with great enthusiasm across all police establishments of Police District Awantipora.
In a statement issued here to news agency JKNS, On this occasion, supervisory officers administered the Oath of the Preamble of the Constitution of India to all officers and officials.
As part of the celebrations, clean-up drives were also organised at various Police Stations and Police Posts to promote the values of cleanliness, responsibility, and community service, reflecting the spirit of Fundamental Duties.
Officers highlighted the teachings, values, and significance of the Constitution, urging all personnel to contribute to nation-building in their respective capacities and to uphold the Fundamental Duties enshrined in the Constitution. They also emphasized the crucial role of J&K Police in safeguarding the Constitution, ensuring national integrity, and maintaining the security of the nation. (JKNS)
