115 Beneficiaries Receive Sanction Letters for Housing Under PMAY-U 2.0 in Anantnag

Anantnag, Nov 26 (JKNS):A total of 115 beneficiaries were today provided sanction letters for construction of houses under the Centrally Sponsored PMAY-U 2.0 scheme during an event held at Town Hall Anantnag.

As per news agency JKNS, The sanction letters were distributed by the District Development Commissioner (DDC) SF Hamid, who was accompanied by the ADDC, CPO, CEO Municipal Council Anantnag, and other concerned officials.

Speaking on the occasion, the DDC directed the Urban Local Bodies (ULB) officers to enhance public awareness about the provisions and benefits of PMAY-U 2.0, and ensure that all procedural formalities are explained to applicants in a transparent and efficient manner.

Beneficiaries expressed their satisfaction over the initiative and appreciated the District Administration and ULBs for extending the benefits of the scheme to deserving households. (JKNS)
